Bringing the Design together
Our Garden Presentation Plans are detailed plans completed to scale which show the proposed layout as well as hard landscaping materials, accompanied by a Scope of Works and reflect all the decisions that have been agreed to this point. The CAD allows for a high degree of accuracy in quantifying the work, enabling in turn for more accurate quotes from suppliers and landscapers. Additionally, during this phase we will ensure that levels are accounted for. We will quantify the number of steps required to make a safe and comfortable transition between different areas for example.

The Presentation Plan is a Summary of all The Garden Features
The Plans are in 2D and will clearly illustrate the total quantities of hard and soft landscaping required to complete the new garden design. We will also consider what drainage provisions may be necessary; what the falls on the paving should be, if a land drain is advisable and what the options are for stylish finish on a drainage cover. The list of considerations is extensive and we will ensure all aspects of the build are covered.
This comprehensive plan can then be issued to a contractor to enable them to provide a quote for the garden works for the completed.
